OMNI tokens will be distributed to participants within 48 hours after the presale ends. Tokens will be sent to the wallet address used for the purchase transaction.

Your sole remedy for any disputes shall be limited to the amount you paid for OMNI tokens.

8. Refund Policy

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency sales, we cannot process refunds or cancellations once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.

9. Modifications and Termination
